S P A A And Associates was established by CA Sumat Kumar Gupta in the year 1989 in Ludhiana. The firm had a humble beginning operating from small office at the time of establishment. The firm was earlier working in the name of M/s Sumat Gupta & Company and recently has reorganized itself as S P A A And Associates with the aim to meet ever growing compliances and requirements of the industry and ensuring best services to our various clients. Currently the firm has offices spread across the county and has a prominent national presence.
The firm deals in all spheres of practice and is currently consulting more than 200 business organization including Banks, FIs (Financial Institutions), Non- residents and Listed companies etc.
