S P A A AND ASSOCIATES formerly knows as (Sumat Gupta and Company), was incorporated in 1989 at Ludhiana Currently it has its presence at Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Kotakpura and Bhopal. The firm has dedicated team of 12 Chartered Accountants, out of which 6 are the fellow members of the institute.
The firm is in the practice of providing professional service in various fields like Audit & assurance, corporate advisory service in finance, debt syndication, Goods & Service Tax etc. The firm also provides services related to merger, demerger and spin offs of the corporate and non corporate entities.
